As a partner of SPINNER Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik GmbH in Sauerlach, SPINNER automation has been manufacturing high quality systems as customer-specific process solutions since 2002. The production process on CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines is optimally linked to the automation process. The perfect combination of both areas creates an economical production solution for the customer that has grown to meet today’s requirements.

 But that’s not all!

New Work, Agile, Work 4.0 … Terms like these are on everyone’s lips. We have long known that the world of work is undergoing massive changes.

Companies no longer need to be as robust, stable and resistant to external disturbances as possible, but must be adaptable and viable. Not rigid processes, but a functioning team decides, if the going gets tough, on the company’s success.

But only with new working time models and colorful bean bags is not enough. What exactly is behind it? How do we shape cooperation in our company and how do we position ourselves in the market for the future?

Help shape and participate

The answer to these questions is understood as an ongoing process. Because like a living organism our living company should constantly adapt to the changing circumstances. For this we need every single colleague with his individual strengths and perspectives. Together, we then decide on the next necessary development steps.

Still complicated or already complex?

We distinguish complicated and complex tasks:

The mechanics of a clockwork is quite complicated. However, it is clearly describable what happens when this or that gear rotates. A fish in a fish bowl, on the other hand, is a complex system. Any description of its next swim direction is an assumption. No one knows exactly how the fish reacts the next moment.

Our projects sometimes behave like fish. They have complicated elements for which we have functioning processes and procedures. However, there is always a complex part that can not be planned and calculated in advance.

But it is precisely in this complexity that the innovation for our customers usually lies. Because this is where new things are created that makes an important contribution to preserving production and thus added value in Germany and Europe!
