Alfred Schweizer GmbH & Co. KG stands for low-tension components and the highest surface accuracy with exact contours. All product groups can be completely traced back according to customer specifications. For production according to EN ISO 13485, this procedure is standard.

On request, the products are delivered free from oil and grease, deburred and lint-free. Special and

Process reliability through complete machining
and multi-axis technology

Depending on the geometry to be produced, the production of CNC milling parts can be carried out on 3 – to 5 – axis machines. A 5-axis simultaneous machining is possible. The maximum machining area is X = 800 mm, Y = 600 mm, Z = 400 mm.

CNC turned parts can be manufactured with tip widths of up to 800 mm and a diameter of up to 80 mm from the bar or a diameter of up to 400 mm from the chuck.

The complete machining on CNC turning – milling centers with bar loading magazines can process bars up to 80 mm in diameter and chuck parts up to 400 mm in diameter. For the production of complex parts, our 8 – axis machines with swivel head and
