Applications
We provide engineering solutions for upstream and downstream processes in biotechnological plants. Our engineering team develops customized technical solutions for bioreactors, media & buffer preparation vessels, CIP and distribution systems, mobile tanks and formulation vessels.

We provide services in all engineering phases:
Conceptual design: Block flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, process descriptions, basic layouts, height studies, equipment lists, vessel data sheets
Basic design: R&Is, mass flow and process calculations, process data sheets, layouts, URSs with requirement traceability matrix, quality plans, procurement plans, automation architecture, parts lists
Detail design: 3D model of the complete system, detail drawings, vessel drawings, electrical diagrams, I/O lists, FDS, SDS, HDS, qualification protocols, risk analyses
