System and system technology for laser micro machining
The core competence of Pulsar Photonics GmbH is the development of efficient system technology for laser micro machining. At the same time, the know-how from mechatronics, optics, measurement technology and laser process engineering flows into the system development right from the start. As a result, for example, an adaptable multi-jet module enables a productivity leap through parallel processing. Pulsar Photonics develops high-performance tool systems for small-batch and single-part production, enabling cost-effective production thanks to integrated measurement technology, flexible module configuration and integrated CAD / CAM software.
As part of the application development, Pulsar Photonics accompanies the customer from the feasibility study to its own series production. If required, further partners from simulation, machine design, construction, automation and laser technology can be called in at an early stage.
