For hardware development, microSYST relies on applications that support schematic and layout creation as well as the first EMC simulations.

Selection of components: Always up-to-date – Thanks to our own purchasing department, we are always up to date on the availability of components. If components are discontinued, they can respond quickly and develop a solution together with you (select replacement type or redesign).
Schematic / layout: Already with the circuit diagram attention is paid to EMC-compliant design. The circuit diagram is implemented in the layout 1: 1. Routing is not done by the PC, but by the layouter. Optimal track laying also with regard to EMC is thus guaranteed. Whether single-sided circuit board or multilayer, square or round circuit board, microSYST implements the wishes and specifications of the customer.
Prototypes: Prototypes of the printed circuit board are usually populated in the house. On the one hand, they are used for software development (in microcontroller applications), and on the other hand for testing the hardware and possibly existing mechanics (housing installation, etc.).
