About us
LABOMATIC Instruments AG has been active in the field of liquid chromatography for over 30 years, in particular in preparative high-pressure medium-pressure and high-pressure liquid chromatography (LABOPREP-MPLC / LABOPREP-HPLC).

Through years of practice and the daily contact with our customers, we have developed a know-how at LABOMATIC, which serves to develop further state-of-the-art developments and to adapt them to the needs of our customers.

Since the introduction of biocompatible device versions, LABOMATIC has also been active in the field of bio-chromatography. The devices are used in affinity chromatography, hydrophobic chromatography and ion exchange chromatography.

More than 15 years ago, fluid and medical technology became another important component of LABOMATIC Instruments AG. Among other things, customer-specific modules for medical diagnostic devices are developed and manufactured in this segment. Again, this is done in close cooperation with our customers, who pull us in at the beginning of the development.

Our headquarter is located in Allschwil, close to some big chemical companies like Hoffmann-La Roche AG, Actelion and Novartis AG. The community Allschwil is located 3 km west of Basel on the border with France.

For a few years now, we too have a foothold in the European Union. Weil am Rhein (DE) is located on the border of the border triangle of Germany, France and Switzerland.
