HANS KURT AG is a contract manufacturing company. The company is already run by Andreas KURT in the 2nd generation. The company was founded in 1986 by Hans KURT in Oberdorf BL. The first property was purchased by Hans KURT in Niederdorf BL. In 1990 he moved to Oberdorf with his staff and ventured into the introduction of CNC technology. We specialized more and more in the production and assembly of complex precision parts and the complete delivery of assemblies in automation of processes in the chemical laboratory by linear robots.

In 2005, the sole proprietorship was transformed into an AG. In recent years, we have strengthened our machinery with four CNC machining centers from Brother. With the new machines, the area of ​​precision part processing could be decisively strengthened.
At the beginning of 2010 we were able to move into the current property at Grittweg 14 in Niederdorf BL. At the same time, we invested in a 4-axis Matsuura machining center with a 12-fold pallet station. At the end of 2011, we upgraded our state-of-the-art machinery with a 10-axis high-performance Miyano turning center.

In our assembly are 12 modern assembly workstations available, on which competent and process-reliable assemblies and mounting hardware can be mounted.

We offer contract manufacturing of simple or complex single parts, cubic and round serial parts or assemblies from stock to assembled, tested and tested final delivery.

The high-precision processing of stainless steel, tool steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals and plastics is a major challenge for us. We accept this task with passion. After all, it fills each of us with pride when raw material becomes a high-precision part that meets customer requirements.

We program our machines on the PC with Mastercam. Mastercam is a CAD / CAM system for milling and turning. The program is created on the PC with the help of drawing data (Step, Dxf, etc.). Since April 2012 we are qualified according to the standard ISO 9001: 2008. We regard this quality system as a management and organizational instrument for the continuous improvement of our overall performance.

Accurate measuring is an important element of quality assurance. For this reason, our measuring and testing equipment is subject to periodic inspection equipment monitoring. Upon request, we will gladly deliver your product with test report.

Since the beginning of 2014, we have been investing in additive manufacturing (3D printing). You can send us your data – we can produce your prototype or series part accurately and cost-effectively within the shortest possible time!
