The InovisCoat GmbH stands as a spin-off of AGFA in the decades-old tradition of high-tech, functional coating. InovisCoat can offer your customers everything from the chemical development to the paste production to the coating, all that is necessary for the successful and high-quality production of high-tech products. The InovisCoat sees itself not as a simple contract coater, but as a competent partner in the development of new products, or new, economic process paths.

Formerly specialized in photo films and papers, InovisCoat has been able to significantly expand its range of services. Especially in the nanotechnological fields optical films (eg OLEDs, display technology), pharmaceutical or medical technology (eg wound healing, hospital hygiene), security technology (eg identity cards, copy protection) as well as energetic systems (eg barrier layers), the InovisCoat can offer you a wealth of experience as well as yours enormous innovation potential, always offering new solutions professionally.

The existing, very complex production lines meet the highest demands on precision and flexibility even for particularly light-sensitive products. With a pad width of 1,135 mm and a casting width of 1,100 mm, different substrate materials with up to 9 layers can be watered simultaneously and virtually loss-free. Of course, every single layer can have a completely different functionality. Dry application rates from 500 nanometers to 100 microns can be achieved. Due to the enormous flexibility of the different production plants, the most diverse lot sizes of production can be offered from research contracts to pilot production to mass production.
