Within our catchment area, we pick up your tool, grind it and bring it back afterwards. So no additional effort is created for you.

Description:
The company Werkzeugservice Thanh Bui exists since 01.01.2012 and is headquartered in Radevormwald. It currently consists of three employees and the owner Thanh Bui. For machining the tools, 5 axis CNC grinding machines with state-of-the-art control are available. With more than 20 years of professional experience, we can offer you a high degree of quality.

Our range of services includes the production of new tools, such as HPC-VHM end mills, solid carbide roughing cutters, solid carbide finishing cutters (standard or extra-long according to individual customer order), step tools and deburrers.

We also grind drills and cutters. These include Shell end mills, Mill Cutter, Profile Cutter, (Convex / Concave), Core Drill Bit, Concave Cutter with Shank, Reamers, T-Slot Cutter, Drill Bit, Countersink / Deburrer, Cross Hole Countersink, NC Drill, Drill Knife, Tap, Prism Cutter, Die Cutter, Counterbore, Countersink / Biscuit Head , Milling cutters and much more.

On request, we coat your tools.

Due to our small size we provide high flexibility and can therefore act individually for you. Due to the short working distances, we process your order in the shortest possible time.
