started
Young but powerful – and with great ambitions.

Company founded
May 13, 2013
Years of close cooperation with corporate clients and executives in the areas of network security, encryption and protection against industrial espionage brought the realization: there is a need for secure systems for the private sector as well. For the development of these products the company Callom GmbH was founded.

RESIDIUM product line March
30, 2014 – April 4, 2014
Product presentation at the world’s leading fair Light & Building in Frankfurt. The unique door station RESIDIUM Door Unit in combination with the components RESIDIUM Control Panel and Server form a door communication system for high security requirements.

Expansion of workrooms
October 2014
As the company grew, so too had the space to be expanded. With another floor in the beautiful city center of Ulm, all functional areas of the company got their own space and space for still more comprehensive ideas.

Showroom
February 2015
Our own showroom in Ulm city center rounds off our corporate premises and invites all passers-by to take a look into the world of RESIDIUM.

A digital product must be just as intuitive to use as its analog counterpart. That is our claim. The nomination for the UX Design Award reaffirms us in this approach. Excellent usability is the common goal.

Flexibilization
August 2015
We present the new freedom of door communication. With apps for iOS and Android, our customers can greet their visitors at their doorstep from their mobile devices. Even on the smart watch conversations can be accepted.
