About us
Whether structuring, marking, cutting or welding – lasers are just as fascinating as they are versatile tools for industry and research. They deliver partly enormous energy in the form of light, can be precisely metered and focused on the point. We at RAYLASE have set ourselves the goal of making these valuable properties easy to use for OEMs, integrators, plant engineers and researchers.

For this we offer high-precision components for the fast deflection and modulation of laser beams. They consist of state-of-the-art optics, encoders and control electronics with convenient software interfaces. Customers around the world rely on the unparalleled performance and reliability of our scanning and deflection heads. They form the core of industrial laser systems for scanning printed codes, marking textiles and surfaces, welding sheet and plastic, as well as for cutting and drilling wafers and numerous other materials such as metals, plastics and glass.

In addition, RAYLASE develops and manufactures a number of different modules and functional assemblies for integration in machines and plants. Our modules are used, for example, in the welding of automobiles and batteries as well as in the production of packaging, electronic components, solar panels, industrial textiles and garments. For applications like these, we offer integrated image processing components and algorithms that adapt the laser process to arbitrary component alignments, monitor the process, and immediately control the quality of the results. In addition, we specialize in the development of customized solutions.

For over 15 years, we have focused on laser technology and its applications. At RAYLASE, however, we are not satisfied with technological innovations, high-quality products and maximum cost-efficiency. We want every one of our customers to enjoy the benefits of laser technology optimally and simply. Therefore, the personal consultation by our team of experts before the purchase and during the system integration is an elementary part of our offer. The team of over 100 excellent employees at our headquarters in Munich and our production site in China, together with global sales partners and certified maintenance centers from Russia to Brazil, combines the advantages of an international organization with a local presence.

Even if the solution sought should not be included in the broad RAYLASE portfolio: Thanks to our modular design, our products are highly configurable and can be quickly and inexpensively adapted to the needs of our customers as needed.
