The SOLIN GmbH …
• SOLIN GmbH has been designing, developing and manufacturing end-of-line (EOL) testers for the future market of “electromobility” for more than 10 years.

• The testers are used to check components in the electric powertrain for functionality and technical performance data. Using high-precision measuring technology as well as high-current technology (1,500A) and in the high-voltage range (up to 7,500V), we check the intrinsic safety of high-voltage batteries and the safety-relevant components – of course fully automated.

• With the utmost care, the innovative application of measuring and testing technology as well as the expertise of our interdisciplinary team, our test systems detect risks, electrical hazards and malfunctions of electrical components – of course before delivery of the high-voltage batteries.

• The testers are mainly used in the production of lithium-ion battery systems for 12V, 48V and high-voltage batteries for hybrid and electric vehicles – of course we also test DC / DC converters, inverters and boosters.
