The Polyfoam Kautschuk GmbH, founded in 1984 by F. Evenschor, D. Koch and H. Schröder, has established itself as a family business in the second generation by flexibility, cost-orientation and performance a good name in the industry. The proximity to the customer is always sought – together it is easier to reach a goal.
A fire damage in July 2005 presented Holger Koch, managing partner since 2005, a major challenge, but at the same time opened up new design possibilities for the company. The production area was almost doubled. The machinery was brought up to the state of the art and the material range was adapted to the market requirements.
Through continuous growth in an expanding market, Polyfoam Kautschuk GmbH has developed into a competent and reliable partner for the automotive, electrical, leisure, construction and packaging industries. Customer requirements are implemented 1: 1, ideas optimized and new products developed.
Acceptance in the market and the associated growth demanded a renewed increase in production capacity and thus in production space. In May 2011 we moved to the new location in Niederzier (between Düren and Aachen) with approx. 5,000 m² production area plus warehouse.
Also special market segments such as aerospace, health and rehabilitation, sports and leisure, as well as the display and decoration area are covered. The state-of-the-art and versatile machine park enables the development and production of first-class and high-quality products in pre-, small and large series as well as special constructions according to customer and market requirements. Due to the fact that all necessary machines are available in-house, Polyfoam Kautschuk GmbH is also extremely versatile in the development of new products and production techniques.
