The name König & Meyer has stood for sophisticated music accessories for more than 60 years. In 1949, König & Meyer was founded by Karl König and Erich Meyer. Ten employees began production of music stands and measuring tools. Today, around 260 employees on 15,000 sqm produce a wide range of musician’s and instrument stands, microphone, speaker and light stands, keyboard stands, drummer seats, 19 “equipment and multimedia. In addition, K & M is a supplier for the medical, office and leisure sector. From development to final production, König & Meyer offers everything from one source. In addition, various surface treatments such as electroplating and electrostatic powder coating (RAL colors) can be carried out in contract work. In 2006, the first pipe laser system was put into operation, in January 2010, the second. Products can be manufactured quickly and flexibly without tooling costs and in one operation. This opens up a new dimension of production possibilities for König & Meyer.
The approximately 1,500 K & M products are available today in 80 countries around the world. Nearly 60% of production is exported.

In addition to quality and customer service, environmental protection is one of the key corporate goals. König & Meyer works with closed water circuits, effective cleaning and recovery systems and solvent-free powder coatings. The company is certified according to ISO 14001 and the EC Environmental Audit Regulation.
