OTTO FUCHS Dülken develops new synchronizer ring manufacturing processes

Driving sportily and switching comfortably – Improved properties due to spray carbon and structural rings

Synchronous rings create the prerequisite for sporty driving and comfortable shifting as an exact and safe friction clutch. In manual transmissions (also automated) and in modern dual-clutch transmissions, synchronizer rings by friction ensure the speed adjustment (synchronization) of the gear wheels, before it can be switched through. OTTO FUCHS has been producing forged synchronizer rings made of special brass materials for around 60 years.
