Passavant-Roediger becomes Passavant Energy & Enviroment (PE & E) with a portfolio that includes much more than just green solutions, expanding the turnkey plant turnkey service business into holistic water and energy recovery solutions. The paradigm shift in providing solutions is defined as a major benefit: PE & E is a full-service solutions provider and includes EPC contract services, maintenance and operations management, financing; depending on the customer’s wishes, we create an effective concept under one roof in order to optimally and sustainably use the resources of water and energy. Founded in Germany in 1842, Passavant has developed groundbreaking technologies and processes in municipal sewage, sludge, water and industrial wastewater treatment. This also includes the specially developed, world-renowned sludge digestion technology, which is a pioneering system for the production of reusable sewage sludge material. Over time, PE & E has continually redefined industry standards and its systems have been adopted by hundreds of wastewater treatment plants around the world. Furthermore, the company has developed a lamella separation technology, which is a modern four-stage process for water treatment.
