About us
As a medium-sized service provider in the field of biotechnology, we offer the decryption of genetic information and the medical interpretation of the data.

As the first bio-tech company worldwide, we succeeded in combining human genetic diagnostics and high-throughput sequencing. With our diagnostic panels, it is possible to simultaneously decrypt all disease-related genes and examine them for specific conditions. This translates into tremendous time savings for patients and significant cost savings in healthcare.

For our ideas and concepts, CeGaT was awarded the 2011 German Founder Award for Best Start-Up Company. In 2013, CeGaT emerged as the winner of the category “Start-up” “Entrepreneur of the Year 2013”.
