The core competencies of RTE Akustik + Prüftechnik are the noise and functional testing of components and assemblies, the acoustic material testing of workpieces (“sound testing”), the natural frequency measurement and the monitoring of production processes. For this purpose, test systems that can be integrated into the production line are created with devices and control and test technology individually adapted to the manufacturing process and the products to be tested.
The field of application of this testing technique is very broad. Customer target groups are large-volume manufacturers in the field of low-power drive technology products (motors, bearings, gearboxes) and large-scale manufacturers of cast iron, welding, sintered and ceramic parts.
