About us
The name ZENNER stands worldwide for innovation, quality and precision in terms of supply-related measurement and system technology. We have been producing and distributing energy and water meters for global markets for more than 100 years. Household water meters, domestic water meters and large water meters are just as much a part of our portfolio as heat meters, gas meters and modern system technology.

Each year, we produce over 4 million water meters, 7 million gas meters, 350,000 heat meters, 2 million heat cost allocators and 1 million smoke detectors.

Since 2016, we develop and produce measuring devices and technologies for the Internet of Things. In doing so, we rely on the internationally established LPWAN communication standards.

From our production sites in Europe, Asia and the USA, we export our state-of-the-art measuring technology to 90 countries with partners and subsidiaries and stand for innovation, quality and service worldwide in the area of ​​water meters and heat meters.

Our focus is on developing innovative products that are optimally tailored to the needs of our global customers. Through intensive exchange of experience with customers and partners, we are able to consistently expand our portfolio and to optimize our measuring instruments. Our customers include municipal utilities, utilities, district heating companies, wholesalers, water utilities, gas utilities, metering and industrial companies around the world.

Through the interaction of the high quality of our measuring instruments and the experience of over 100 years of development and production, ZENNER has developed into a global player.

ZENNER has been forming the Minol-ZENNER Group since 2005 together with Minol Messtechnik W. Lehmann GmbH & Co. KG from Leinfelden-Echterdingen with focus on energy management.

Together, the two companies form a family-owned business group that uses its meters and services to make energy consumption transparent and to ensure a fair distribution of costs. The Minol-ZENNER Group combines two competencies and offers hardware, service and service from a single source.
