Since the company was founded in 1912, Framo Morat GmbH & Co. KG has continuously developed its gear and drive technology and today is a renowned supplier of gearwheels, worm gear sets and fully assembled drives. The largely customer-specific products include drive shafts for electric vehicles, worm gear sets for high-precision adjustment of operating tables or drives for tracking solar modules.

Under the umbrella of the Franz Morat Group, together with its sister company F. Morat, solutions are being created that combine the advantages of the combination of metal and plastic. With subsidiaries in the US, Turkey, Poland and Mexico and a worldwide network of distribution partners, the Franz Morat Group today employs more than 650 people.
