This is our motto at Jacob GmbH. Not just a nice pun, but real conviction. Because just like our customers, we ourselves have high expectations of our products and services.
As a specialist in cable bushings with many years of experience, we also face tricky challenges.
“Really fix!” Is what we get to hear over and over again from Jacob when we – as usual – respond quickly to requests from customers who are interested in our cable feedthrough systems.
Our reaction time hits a nerve, especially since we take every customer request and every task seriously.
The recognition makes us happy; because it also shows that the importance of the interaction of product and service is recognized in the industry. And rightly so! Even now, the small, inconspicuous parts in the process chain can play a major role. If a component fails, an entire production line can come to a standstill – often with serious consequences.
Conversely, undreamed-of potentials often dormant in every application. To identify them and make them usable for our customers, we have set ourselves the task. As a problem solver in all questions of cable implementation, we use our expertise specifically for this purpose. Thus, from the previously underrated C-parts have often become true all-rounders who have what it takes to be a hidden champion.
