About us
Reishauer is a Swiss company specializing in the production of tooth flank grinding machines used in the final finishing of gear wheels. Reishauer has been the market leader in the automotive transmission industry for many years. Outside the automotive sector, grinding machines are also used to machine gear wheels for the aerospace, truck and robot industries. The high level of vertical integration forms the foundation of the Reishauer Performance System – the Circle of Competence – because all the core components of the machines are developed in-house and manufactured in our own Swiss plants. In this context, the company also produces its own tools such as diamond dressers, grinding wheels and clamping devices. With the recently started production of automatic loading systems, Reishauer is rightly regarded as a complete solution provider for the gear cutting industry.
