These devices are used for lubrication of belts and blanks in non-cutting production technology and in rolling mills and enable the cost-effective, automated application of lubricant to sheet metal surfaces without undesirable oil mist formation.

The Raziol spray systems for cost-effective, partial lubrication of belts, blanks and molded parts with oiling widths of up to 4000 mm and larger consist of the arrangement of several nozzles in a so-called nozzle beam including all necessary pneumatic, electrical and media-carrying assemblies. The maximum oiling width results from the number of nozzles and the distance of the nozzles on the nozzle bar. Depending on the nature of the material to be oiled and the subsequent transformation, full-surface, sectoral or partial lubrication is possible. The dosage of the application quantity is controlled by system parameters such as oil pressure and oil temperature as well as nozzle parameters such as nozzle cross-section and switching behavior. These two application systems ensure that only the amount of oil required for the forming process is applied.
