Founded in 1879, the company’s headquarters are located in Barnsdorf in the Middle Franconian town of Roth near Nuremberg. With around 1,000 employees worldwide, SCHLENK is a leading international manufacturer of metal powders, effect pigments and metal foils. As a holding company, it divides its business into the two divisions Schlenk Metallic Pigments and Schlenk Metall Folie. Today the company is active in the fields of metal foil, paint & plastics industry, printing & graphic industry, building materials & chemical industry, materials, solar industry and cosmetics as well as others worldwide.
Worldwide presence with production sites in Europe, USA and China, application technology departments in Germany, USA, China and Southeast Asia, as well as a global sales and service network make SCHLENK a reliable partner of a demanding, international customer base.
