Almost 70 years ago, the emz Hanauer GmbH & Co.KGaA was founded by Ernst Hanauer in the Upper Palatinate and since then has been managed as a medium-sized family business. In addition to our headquarters in Nabburg in the Upper Palatinate, we have other plants in Zangenstein, the Czech Republic, Mexico and China.
Our more than 1,000 employees worldwide equip dishwashers, washing machines, dryers and refrigerators with state-of-the-art components, such as Door locks, sensors, electric actuators and LED modules. We are the world market leader in our locking and sensors product areas, which is why sales have more than doubled in the last 10 years.
