Hermann Bantleon GmbH develops and produces high-performance lubricants for the automotive and metalworking sector. Bantleon has expertise and many years of experience in combining oil chemistry and application technology. Customer-specific solutions distinguish the Ulm-based company. The motto “learning from each other, being successful together” reflects the company philosophy. Sustainable and holistic approaches are the focus. This is particularly reflected in the integration of ISO 26000. Education and training is a central theme of the corporate philosophy.

The Bantleon Academy, founded in 2012, and the co-founding of the Competence Center Hydraulics at Ulm University of Applied Sciences reflect this impressively. Since January 2017 BANTLEON organizes training courses, seminars, workshops and theme evenings in the Bantleon Forum for Knowledge & Dialogue.
