Who is Wieland?
Wieland Electric is a medium-sized family business in the electrical and electronics industry with headquarters in Bamberg. As pioneers of secure electrical connection technology and with over 100 years of experience in this field, we develop innovative concepts and comprehensive system solutions for our customers around the world with more than 1,600 employees.

Our broad product portfolio is the basis for comprehensive services in many industries. We offer a wide-ranging service for industry as well as innovative building and lighting technology. In the area of ​​safety technology, we include not only products but also training courses and trainings. Due to our success in the field of pluggable installation in functional buildings, we were honored in 2018 as the world market leader.

With our 14 subsidiaries and several production sites as well as sales partners, we are represented as a medium-sized global player on all continents. We still remain loyal to our homeland Bamberg. Accordingly, here is our main production line. Further production units are in the Czech Republic, Serbia, China and Canada.
