The semiconductor test field in Böblingen was originally started by Hewlett-Packard. Today, Advantest develops and sells innovative solutions at the highest technological level with around 5,000 employees at locations around the globe – in a flexible, customer-oriented and competent manner.
We help our customers to shape the future. These include all renowned semiconductor companies worldwide, such as Intel, infineon, Qualcomm, IBM, Sony and AMD. Our System-on-a-Chip (SOC) and High Speed Memory (HSM) test systems provide an excellent platform for testing microchips, enabling our customers to bring tomorrow’s technologies to market quickly and with high quality. With it we lay the basis for the most innovative products of the entertainment and communication electronics – from the smartphone to the game console.
