About us
The DAW group of companies develops, produces and sells high-quality paints, lacquers, glazes, chemical coatings as well as materials for façade and insulation technology. With over 1.3 billion euros turnover, approx. 6,000 employees and 29 production locations in Germany and abroad, the DAW Group is Europe’s largest private construction paint manufacturer. At the heart of DAW are eight successful brands: Caparol, Alpina, Alsecco, Alligator, Inthermo, Disbon, Krautol and Lithodecor. With these brands we are active in more than 40 countries and address our target groups via different distribution channels. The headquarters of the group is located in the front Odenwald, about 35 km away from Frankfurt am Main airport.
