The company Fronius
Fronius currently employs more than 4,550 people worldwide. In addition to the company headquarters in Pettenbach and other Austrian locations in Wels, Thalheim, Sattledt, Steinhaus, Vienna, Salzburg and Innsbruck, the company has 28 Fronius companies worldwide and distribution partners / representatives in more than 60 countries.
In addition to the locations in Austria, Fronius is represented in the following countries from German-speaking countries:
Germany – Neuhof near Fulda: Fronius launched its sales and service activities in Germany in 1993 from Kaiserslautern in the Palatinate. In autumn 2006, the distribution center for all three Fronius Business Units Perfect Welding, Solar Energy and Perfect Charging was relocated to the heart of Germany: to Neuhof-Dorfborn near Fulda. More than 200 employees are currently employed in Germany’s constantly expanding sales network.
Switzerland – Rümlang: Since 1992, Fronius Switzerland has been responsible for the distribution of Fronius products in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein with its almost 30-strong team. The company is based in Rümlang near Zurich. The Dornach (Solothurn) branch also employs Fronius Switzerland staff as competent contact persons for their customers. Since 2010, Fronius Switzerland has also distributed solar energy and perfect charging products throughout Switzerland.
