HARTING was founded in 1945 by Wilhelm and Marie Harting and today is run by Dietmar and Margrit Harting in the second generation as well as Philip Harting and Maresa Harting-Hertz in the third generation. Our goal is to remain an independent family business in the future as well. The Harting family is the constant of the company, is the driving force behind the spirit of innovation in the company and is characterized by its exemplary sense of responsibility.
From the beginning, we owe our success story, but especially the great commitment of our employees. Since its foundation, we have been an independent family business – independent of shareholders, banks and other interests – and thus free in our decisions. That is and remains our maxim.
