XYZTEC, incorporated in 2000, designs and manufactures innovative equipment that is used for quality assurance to ensure the reliability of many products in multiple industries. We set the standard in Statistical Process Control (SPC). We are 100% focused on bond testing and have established our name as technology leader in bond testing worldwide.

Customer satisfaction, high quality, innovation and superior support are our priorities. XYZTEC is market leader in Europe and is steadily growing in other major territories globally. Our equipment is primarily used in semiconductor, automotive and raw material industry.

XYZTEC organizes seminars to present and disseminate knowledge in a straightforward format. Every seminar is focusedaround a particular aspect of the science of bond testing. Whether you need a dedicated or multipurpose bond tester, the Condor Sigma is the best choice featuring unparalleled 0.075% accuracy, the best ergonomics, highest throughput, maximum flexibility and the lowest cost of ownership.

Besides the Condor SigmaXYZTEC offers a:

Litemachine which gives a low cost entry point without sacrificing performance to meet future demands;
HFmachine for higher forces up to 1000 kgf, higher speed and lager working area;
Fully integrated solution for automated wafer testing specifically designed for precision shear testing and CBP (Cold Bump Pull) on wafer or at wafer level, the Condor Sigma W12.
By combining our state of the art Condor Sigma with an independent lead frame loader/un-loader (handler), we can now offer our customers a hands-off bond test solution, the Condor Sigma MAG.
One of our unique features, the Revolving Measurement Unit (RMU), with a six sensors test head up to 200 kgf in any combination, has been available for over 15 years and still leads the market.
