About us

MSE has been specialising in customer-specific solutions for microelectronics for over 30 years. The company belongs to the leading European providers of complex LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) substrates and the very latest assembly and semiconductor packaging technologies, both for ceramic and organic substrates. The manufacture of electronics modules for active implants has been one of MSE’s most important business segments ever since it was founded. However, MSE also uses the expertise and experience it has gained in medical technology everywhere where high reliability, miniaturisation, high temperatures, high frequencies or hermetic encapsulations play an important role.
