The Intelligent Profiling System IPS is an incredible easy and fast way of making and changing solder programs and solder profiles. It saves a lot of time at setup, change over and prototyping. This is very economic while also saving electrical energy. More than 30 national and international patents underline IBL´s leadership in Vapor-Phase Technology.
IBL offers a wide selection of machines and options. Scanner systems, integrated PC systems, built in temperature measuring, permanent recording for tracability, nitrogen flooding for special applications, rapid cooling systems are some examples.
In June 2018 the company successfully updated her quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015. In January 2017 IBL Löttechnik GmbH celebrated her 30th anniversary. With this many years of experience, the company is steadily building on her continued development and on future-oriented growth.
