TINTABLE KIBING Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011. The company mainly focuses on developing and manufacturing electrochromic devices.
Doctor Chung is a master of High-Tech electrochromics in Taiwan. His valuable essays appear in many international journals during his service in national research institute, and now also serves as a lecturer of electrochromic technology in some research and study courses.
The company’s R&D center began operation since April, 2012, and its phase one target is to develop flexible “tint-able” filters. With strong team work, the company started the mass production of electrochromic filters in 2018, which can be used as lenses, and can be integrated with ski goggles, safety eyewears, and helmet visor inserts. Customized dimensions of filters are available.
The unique characteristic of the electrochromic filters includes “low driving voltage”, “low power consumption”, and “keeping transmittance in tinted status”. It is a dynamic control function that users are able to control the light on their own demand. Also, the filters provide the high efficiency of absorption for blocking UV and IR.
